Contest Terms & Conditions

  1. Kinohimitsu Bird’s Nest “Spend & Win” Contest is organized by Kino Biotech (M) Sdn Bhd [Organizer].
  2. The contest will run from 24th March 2025 to 20th April 2025.
  3. The contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia who are eighteen years old and above with a valid MyKad [Participant]
  4. Promoters and internal employees from Kinohimitsu are not allowed to join the contest.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms or duration of the contest at any time.
  6. Participants are eligible to participate in this contest with any purchase of Kinohimitsu Bird's Nest with Kurma,Habbatus Sauda,Honey 4x180g & Kinohimitsu Bird's Nest with Sour Plum & Lime 4x180g up to RM80 and above in one purchase receipt [Proof of Purchase] at Watsons stores or official Watsons online stores during the contest period.
  7. The contest only open to participant who upload the original receipt showing the date of purchase from 7th March 2025 to 20th April 2025.
  8. One purchase receipt per entry. Contest participation will be canceled if the same purchase receipt is used more than one time.
  9. Entry that is incomplete, late, without valid or damaged purchase receipt will not be accepted.
  10. 5 winners will be selected and each of the winner can bring along one partner. Lucky winners will draw and announce at Kinohimitsu Malaysia FB page on 22nd April 2025.
  11. Any expenses for participation in this contest; it is the responsibility of the winner.

Rights of the Organizer

  1. By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Organizer’s decision is final. Any correspondence, inquiries, appeals or objections will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organizer.
  3. By participating in this contest, the participant gives permission to the Organizer to process the participant’s personal data for the purpose of this contest.
  4. Each participant agrees that the Organizer use the personal information to send message or making telephone call to participant.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of any participant that found or suspected of interfering with the submission.
  6. If the contest is interrupted in any way or cannot be conducted due to reasonable reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this contest, postpone, terminate or cancel the contest if required without prior notice.
